Parents, Relatives and Friends of Caseville Public School Athletes and Coaches, With the 2020-2021 sports season now underway, there are some different protocols that we will be using at our sporting events both for players and for fans. To avoid confusion, here is the process that we will use for our fans.
First, each player and coach is allowed to bring no more than 2 fans to each game. So, a day or two before a home or away game, the coach or athletic director will give 2 ‘tickets’ to each player and coach. The player will write their name on the tickets and then give them to the fans that will be attending the game. Fans will write their name on the ticket as well. Upon arrival to the game, fans will turn in the ticket and tell the ticket taker which player or coach that they received the ticket from. Tickets will be unique to each game. If a player has more than 2 people that they wish to attend, they may use other players’ or coaches’ unused tickets from that game.
Most schools are charging $5 for admission to all events. Please bring exact change so there is no need to exchange money. For the game, masks are required and schools will have areas designated for home and away fans. Please be sure to follow social distancing guidelines while at the games.
There will be no concessions allowed at most games this year. Thank you for supporting our Caseville Public School Student-Athletes and enjoy the games! GO EAGLES!
